Only defective mechandises are available for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please e-mail us about the damage conditions and return the items with the original packaging. We will be replacing the same or similar items.

It is our policy to leave Positive Feedback to our valued customers upon completion of the deals. If the customer prefers leaving us Negative Feedback as a mean to settle the case, we will take that as the final settlement and no further replacement will be offered. We strongly recommend communications in advance rather than leaving negative feedbacks directly.
